The majority of the Kingmaker Group's 12,000+ employees work in the production facilities.

Most of this staff originates from regions beyond the Group's locations. Consequently, Kingmaker seeks to accommodate the particular needs of migrant workers. In China and Vietnam, employees are not required to, but do have the option to live in secure company dormitories for a competitive monthly cost. Optional meal service in the company canteen is likewise offered at a subsidized rate.

Parties, events, and evening classes are given throughout the year and at holiday times such as Labor Day. At the Lunar New Year, the company coordinates with transportation services to provide affordable fares to hometowns throughout the country. Health professionals serve clinics at each location and on-site amenities such as ATMs, convenience stores, and libraries are existing in Zhuhai and Zhongshan.

In Vietnam mid-day and evening meals are provided free of charge and a newly expanded clinic is staffed with a local nurse and doctor team.
